The drawer slide rails are molded as a one-piece structure with the main body. This enables smooth sliding operation and maintains strength under heavy loads. Our injection molding machines range from 100 to 530 tons. This allows us to produce drawers in various sizes and designs.

During production, we regularly inspect dimensions and surface quality. This ensures that each drawer has a smooth surface without burrs.

The slide rails are tested to ensure smooth and quiet operation. We accept third-party inspections. You are also welcome to visit our factory to check the parts directly. Our regular lead time is 18 to 25 days. The minimum order quantity is 300 pieces.

Our products comply with RoHS, REACH, and food-contact requirements. We place foam between each drawer and pack them in strong cartons. This prevents bending and damage during transportation.
