Internal Bracket

Most appliances require secure mounting solutions for circuit boards and motors. However, different products have unique space limitations and installation requirements. We manufacture internal brackets using insert molding technology and reinforced engineering plastics. This provides high mechanical strength for assembly and long-term load support without deformation.

Our factory is located in Qingdao. We have developed mature production processes for insert molding and reinforced plastic components. We have supplied universal internal brackets for various industries for many years. Our internal brackets provide a flexible mounting solution for different applications.

We manufacture internal brackets using ABS, PC, PA66, and glass fiber reinforced PP materials. Glass fiber reinforced PP and PA66 offer excellent rigidity and dimensional stability. These materials are ideal for load-bearing bracket applications. ABS and PC provide good toughness and surface quality, making them suitable for standard mounting requirements.
We provide insert molding services that allow metal nuts, terminals, or other inserts to be integrated directly into the bracket during injection molding. This eliminates the need for additional fastener installation during assembly. It also improves connection strength and overall product reliability.
Our 100 to 530-ton horizontal injection molding machines can produce brackets in different sizes and structures. Customers can provide drawings or samples for evaluation. Our engineering team will review the insert molding design and tooling feasibility before providing a detailed quotation.

We perform strict quality checks on insert molding strength. After molding, we test the pull-out force of molded-in nuts on each production batch. This ensures that the metal inserts are securely bonded with the plastic body.

We measure key mounting dimensions on every part to ensure accurate assembly with circuit boards, motors, and other components. We support third-party inspections and welcome customers to visit our factory for on-site inspections.

Our standard lead time is 15–20 days, and the MOQ starts from 300 pieces. Our products comply with RoHS and REACH requirements. We use foam separators between layers inside cartons and strong outer boxes to prevent deformation and damage during transportation.
