The housing features a dustproof and waterproof sealed structure that prevents dust and moisture from entering the box. This protects circuit boards and other electronic components inside.
We can also print operation labels and function descriptions on the surface. The printed markings are clear, durable, and resistant to wear. Workers can quickly understand the controls and operate the equipment accurately.
Our 380 to 1200-ton horizontal injection molding machines can produce housings in different sizes. You can send us drawings or samples. We will evaluate the dustproof and waterproof design and tooling requirements before providing a cost and delivery estimate.

We inspect the dustproof and waterproof performance as well as printing quality for every production batch. We conduct simulated spray tests and dust tests on each batch to confirm that the protection performance meets design requirements.

We inspect printed labels on every individual part to ensure accurate positioning and clear, complete markings.

We accept third-party inspections, and customers are welcome to visit our factory for on-site quality monitoring. Our standard lead time is 18 to 25 days, with a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces.

Our products comply with RoHS and REACH standards. We use reinforced cartons with foam inner liners for packaging to prevent impact damage and deformation during transportation.
