We do special tests on the bond strength in our two-shot molding. We run peel strength tests on the bond line between the soft and hard materials. This makes sure they will not separate or crack during use. During molding, we check dimensions and surface quality at set intervals. We do a full inspection on all finished products. We accept third-party inspections. This makes sure the parts meet your technical standards. Our regular lead time is 15 to 20 days. The minimum order is 300 pieces. Our parts meet RoHS and REACH standards. For painted surfaces, we wrap them fully in foam padding. We put them in strong cartons for shipping. This protects them from scratches and pressure.
