It also has good resistance to high-temperature aging. We design cooling vents and snap-fit features right into the part. These are molded in one step. No secondary machining is needed. This improves assembly efficiency for your factory. We have 100 to 530-ton injection molding machines. We can make different sizes and styles of housings. We will review your drawings to suggest the best tooling and production plan. We will also give you an accurate cost and delivery estimate.

We do special checks on flame retardant and spray coating. We test the V0 flame retardant level on every batch. This makes sure the material stays stable. We run cross-hatch adhesion tests on the spray coating. This checks that it will not peel off over time. During molding, we check dimensions and surface quality at set intervals. This ensures the whole batch is consistent. We accept third-party inspections. You are also welcome to come to our factory to do random checks. Our regular lead time is 18 to 25 days. The minimum order is 300 pieces. All products meet RoHS and REACH standards. The coated surface resists scratches. We pack them in strong cartons with protective inner liners. This keeps them safe during transport.
