Compared with metal guards, our plastic guards offer significant weight reduction. This can help improve fuel efficiency or support longer EV driving range.

We use 380 to 1300-ton large-tonnage injection molding machines. These machines allow large guards to be molded as one piece with accurate mounting point control. Customers can provide drawings or samples for evaluation. Our engineering team will review the material selection and tooling feasibility before providing cost and delivery solutions.

We perform specialized tests for impact resistance and dimensional accuracy. We take samples from each batch for impact testing. This simulates real-world scraping and stone impact conditions and verifies the protective performance of the guard.

We measure key mounting holes on every part. This ensures accurate alignment with chassis mounting points. We support third-party inspections and welcome customers to visit our factory for on-site inspections.

Our standard lead time is 25–35 days, and the MOQ starts from 300 pieces. Our products comply with RoHS, REACH, and automotive material requirements.

We use thick cartons and corner protectors for packaging. This prevents deformation and damage during transportation.
