We inspect the appearance and dimensional accuracy of every molding. After molding, each part undergoes a complete visual inspection. We check for surface defects such as scratches, color differences, and flow marks. This ensures a smooth and consistent surface finish.

We measure the curve dimensions and clip positions on every piece. This ensures a precise fit with the vehicle door. We support third-party inspections and welcome customers to visit our factory for on-site inspections.

Our standard lead time is 18–25 days, and the MOQ starts from 300 pieces. Our products comply with RoHS, REACH, and automotive material requirements. We wrap each plated molding with foam protection and pack them in strong cartons. This prevents surface scratches and damage during transportation.
