The interior door panel is one of the first parts passengers touch when they enter a vehicle. The look and feel of this panel strongly influence their perception of the overall interior quality. We use an in-mold leather texture process for our panels. This process provides a soft-touch surface and helps customers achieve a leather-like appearance without the high cost of genuine leather. We manufacture our interior door panels using ABS, PC, PA66, or PP materials. We can mold leather textures directly onto the surface during the injection molding process. The finished surface provides a comfortable tactile feel and a leather-like appearance similar to wrapped or padded leather. However, the cost is significantly reduced because additional lamination steps are not required. We can also provide matte or painted surface finishes to match different interior design requirements.

We use 380 to 1300-ton large-tonnage injection molding machines to ensure that large panels remain flat and free from sink marks. This allows the panels to achieve accurate fitting with the door frame. Customers can send us drawings or samples for evaluation. We will review the product structure and tooling requirements, then recommend suitable materials and provide a cost estimate.

We inspect the texture consistency and dimensional accuracy of every panel. After molding, we check each part to ensure the leather texture is clear, uniform, and consistent throughout the production batch. We measure key snap-fit areas and mounting hole positions on every piece to ensure precise assembly with the door frame.

We accept third-party inspections, and customers are welcome to visit our factory for on-site quality monitoring. Our standard lead time is 30 to 40 days, and the minimum order quantity is 300 pieces. Our products comply with RoHS, REACH, and automotive-grade requirements. For transportation, we use thick foam wrapping and corner protectors to prevent bending and surface damage during shipping.
