We manufacture our roof linings using PP, ABS, PA66, or glass fiber reinforced PP materials. Glass fiber reinforcement significantly improves rigidity and dimensional stability. The large panel maintains its shape without sagging or deformation over time. It maintains a precise fit with the vehicle roof contour.

We provide various surface finishes, including matte, flocked, and textured effects. The flocked surface offers excellent sound absorption performance while providing a premium tactile feel that enhances overall cabin comfort.

We use 300 to 500-ton horizontal injection molding machines to ensure large roof lining panels are molded as a single piece with high flatness. Customers can send us drawings or samples for evaluation. We will review the curve molding requirements and tooling structure, then provide a cost and delivery estimate.

We focus on overall flatness and fitting accuracy with the vehicle roof. After molding, we measure the curve dimensions of every part to ensure consistent gaps and accurate installation with the roof structure.

We inspect flocking adhesion and surface uniformity on every piece. This ensures the flocked layer remains firmly attached during long-term use. We accept third-party inspections, and customers are welcome to visit our factory for on-site quality monitoring.

Our standard lead time is 40 to 50 days, and the minimum order quantity is 300 pieces. Our products comply with RoHS, REACH, and automotive-grade requirements. We use custom supports to secure the lining during packaging. We also add heavy-duty cartons and corner protectors to prevent bending and damage during transportation.
