Textile Machinery Gearbox Guard

The gearbox contains lubricating oil, which can splash during operation. The guard requires both oil resistance and effective sealing performance.
We use PA66 and other oil-resistant, wear-resistant materials to manufacture our guards. We also integrate sealing structures into the design to prevent dust and fibers from entering the gearbox.
This helps our customers extend the service life of transmission components. Our factory is located in Qingdao. We have extensive experience manufacturing sealing parts for industrial equipment. We are especially skilled in processing oil-resistant and wear-resistant materials. Our gearbox guards are designed for long-term protection.

We manufacture our gearbox guards using ABS, PC, PA66, or PP materials. PA66 provides excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance. It maintains its performance and does not easily degrade in oil-splash environments.

The guard features an integrated sealing structure. After installation, it effectively prevents dust and fibers from entering the gearbox. This protects gears, bearings, and other precision components inside the gearbox.

The surface is treated for improved wear resistance. It can withstand daily cleaning and minor impacts during use.

Our 380 to 1200-ton horizontal injection molding machines can produce guards in different sizes. You can send us drawings or samples. We will evaluate the sealing structure and tooling requirements before providing a cost and delivery estimate.

We conduct sealing performance and oil resistance inspections for every production batch. After molding, we perform sealing tests on each guard to confirm that it fits tightly with the gearbox without leakage.

We verify oil resistance through immersion testing to ensure that the material maintains stable performance and does not degrade during long-term exposure to oil environments.

We accept third-party inspections, and customers are welcome to visit our factory for on-site quality monitoring. Our standard lead time is 15 to 20 days, with a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces.

Our products comply with RoHS and REACH standards. We use reinforced cartons for packaging and separate each guard with foam padding to prevent collisions and surface damage during transportation.
