Textile mill motors operate at high speeds for long hours, generating significant heat. The motor cover must protect workers while also providing effective ventilation. We integrate cooling grills into the cover structure, which are molded in a single step without secondary drilling.

We manufacture our motor covers using ABS, PC, PP, or PA66 materials. These materials are modified with flame-retardant additives, making them suitable for high-temperature environments around operating motors. They quickly self-extinguish when the flame source is removed.
The cooling grills are molded directly into the cover during production. The grill spacing and opening ratio are optimized to improve ventilation efficiency and prevent heat buildup inside the cover.
The cover features a detachable design, making it easy to remove and reinstall during motor maintenance and inspections. Our 380 to 1200-ton large-tonnage injection molding machines can produce covers in various sizes.

We inspect flame-retardant performance and ventilation efficiency for every production batch. Before production begins, we test the flame-retardant properties of each incoming raw material batch.

We inspect the cooling grills on every finished cover to ensure that openings are clean, smooth, and free from burrs or blockages.

We accept third-party inspections, and customers are welcome to visit our factory for on-site quality monitoring. Our standard lead time is 18 to 25 days, with a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces.

Our products comply with RoHS and REACH standards. We use foam padding around the edges of each cover and pack them in reinforced cartons to prevent deformation caused by pressure during transportation.
