‌Cleaning Debris from Gaps: Use a brush or low-pressure compressed air daily to clear accumulated dust from component seams, heat dissipation grilles, and observation window grooves. This prevents dust from clogging ventilation channels and avoids motor overheating or burnout.
‌Immediate Removal of Oil Stains: Lubricating oil or textile auxiliaries splashed onto exterior surfaces must be wiped off during the shift using a specialized neutral cleaner. This prevents chemical agents from corroding the paint or plastic parts over time, avoiding discoloration or cracking.

‌Transparent Observation Window Components‌
Clean using a soft cloth and specialized glass cleaner; do not use steel wool or stiff-bristled brushes, as these can scratch the surface and impair visibility during operation.
Promptly replace observation window sealing strips if they show signs of aging or cracking to prevent fly waste and dust from entering the equipment's core internal areas.
