Pre-production Processing
Material Selection: Materials are selected based on the component's operating environment: 2Cr13 alloy for wear-resistant parts, 45-grade steel for load-bearing parts, and 304 stainless steel for components used in hot and humid environments.
Stress Relief: Initial residual stresses in tubes and plates are eliminated through preheating and rough straightening processes; this calibrates the base accuracy of the blanks and prevents deformation during subsequent machining.
Surface Cleaning: Surface scale and oil contaminants are removed from the blanks to provide a clean substrate for subsequent forming and coating operations.
Forming and Machining Processes
Plate-type Components: Laser cutting machines are used to cut and perforate plates ranging from 0 to 25 mm in thickness. This eliminates the need for custom drill jigs, making the process suitable for small-batch trial production and significantly enhancing manufacturing flexibility and efficiency.
Thin-walled Tubular Components:Precision turning processes with strictly controlled cutting parameters are employed to overcome challenges such as cutting-induced and thermal deformation, thereby ensuring dimensional accuracy.
Complex-shaped Components:Shaping is achieved through processes such as CNC bending and stamping, meeting the specific aesthetic and installation requirements for various sections of the textile machinery.
